Bridgland Enterprises Inc. operating under the name Rally & Tap Pickleball and Sport & Social Club or any or all of its variants ("RTP", “SSC”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with this policy. This policy describes how we collect, use, store,  protect, and disclose the personal information of our players and users (collectively, “you”) of our website https://rallyandtap.ca/ (our “Website”).

We will only use your personal information in accordance with this policy, unless otherwise required by applicable law. 3. Data Retention and Commitment to Data Security
 

Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulation, we will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When your personal information is no longer required for these identified purposes, it will be securely destroyed, erased, or, under some circumstances, anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you. We reserve the right to use such anonymous and de-identified data for any legitimate business purpose without further notice to you or your consent. 

No credit card information is stored on our Website.  Your user details and passwords are kept secure and the technology used on our Website meets current industry standards. SSC implements appropriate physical, organization, and technological safeguards to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification, commensurate with the sensitivity of the information. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who are all contractually obligated to keep information secure and confidential) have access to user details.  When personal information is transferred to third parties for processing, SSC requires comparable levels of protection.

4. Disclosure of Information
 

SSC does not sell, share, or licence the use of your personal information without your consent, except that SSC may: 

A) provide user details like names and email addresses to other SSC members expressly for the purpose of organizing teams and leagues.

B) share with third parties, for analytical purposes, aggregate cookie and tracking information for website traffic generally provided such information does not identify you personally.

C) share with third parties your photographic portraits, pictures, video, audio recordings and motion picture footage of you or in which you may be included, in whole or in part, for marketing, website, sponsorship related or other purposes which may include, without limitation, other communication platforms.  

D) disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries and affiliates.

E) disclose your personal information, in accordance with applicable law, to a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of SSC’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by SSC about our customers and users is among the assets transferred.

F) disclose your personal information to contractors, service providers, and other third parties SSC uses to support our business (such as analytics and search engine providers that assist us with Website improvement and optimization) and who are contractually obligated to keep personal information confidential, use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them, and to process the personal information with the same standards set out in this policy.

G) disclose personal information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting SSC in fraud or unauthorized transaction prevention or investigation.

This Website is protected by copyright.  You may not reproduce material from this Website without written permission.  Any material submitted by you to SSC becomes the sole property of SSC and you waive all moral rights in connection thereto. 

You agree that SSC and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and their respective successors and assigns will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages whatsoever arising out of or relating to your use of this Website, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for breaches of our obligations under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. While SSC employes security measures, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Therefore, any transmission of personal information is at your own risk and SSC assumes no liability in connection thereto.

We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and your right to access and to provide you with the personal information that we hold about you or make your requested changes.  We may not be able to delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you withdraw your consent to the use of your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with a particular product or service.
