We’re serving up something new this season, our 2 v 2 Pickleball League is moving to the NEW Fairgrounds inside the Cataraqui Centre!!

Enjoy the same great competition and camaraderie, now with new courts and plenty of space to play. With two-player teams and no gender requirements, this league is all about fun and friendly rivalry.

Summary of League: Teams will play 2 x 45-minute matches. In each match, you will play 3 x sets to 11 points (2-point margin win, hard cap of 15). Scores are recorded as set wins and losses. For more information on the league rules, please review our Sport Rules Page.

Participants are required to bring their own paddles, while RTP provides the balls and net.

CHOOSE YOUR DIVISION (2 Skill Levels Offered):
To ensure fair and competitive play, participants should adhere to the skill level criteria.

Recreation: You’re excited to play and still mastering the basics. You can keep a rally going but will miss a few easy shots. You’re here for fun and friendly matches while improving your serve and return skills. You enjoy social games and making new friends on the court.

Intermediate: You have experience playing pickleball and have a solid understanding of strategy. You can keep rallies going, can control your shots and are starting to use spins and placement. You’re comfortable with net play and are getting better at anticipating your opponent’s moves. You enjoy competitive play but still like to have fun and learn.

LEAGUE DETAILS:

🕖GAME TIMES: Start times are allocated between 6:00pm and 8:00pm. RTP makes every effort to ensure teams receive a mix of game times and locations (where applicable). TEAM REGISTRATION ONLY (2-Person Doubles Team)

Step onto the court and into the thrill of duo competition with our traditional 2 v 2 Pickleball League! Register your team of 2 players (no gender requirements), you'll find the perfect balance of camaraderie and competition.

Summary of League: Teams will play 2 x 45-minute matches. In each match, you will play 3 sets to 11 points (2-point margin win, hard cap of 15). Scores are recorded as set wins and losses.

Participants are required to bring their own paddles, while RTP provides the balls and net.

To ensure fair and competitive play, participants should adhere to the skill level criteria.

Intermediate: You have experience playing pickleball and have a solid understanding of strategy. You can keep rallies going, can control your shots and are starting to use spins and placement. You’re comfortable with net play and are getting better at anticipating your opponent’s moves. You enjoy competitive play but still like to have fun and learn.
